Refunds and Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Please note that we do not provide refunds or returns for change of mind.

Damage

We ensure that your goods are carefully packed and shipped to arrive in perfect condition. Your package is insured from our location to your doorstep. If, on the rare occasion, your items arrive damaged, we will replace them at no additional cost to you.  Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us immediately if the item is damaged

Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
